Nestor Ugulava, friend of the detained Georgians in Qatar said to GHN that for the last several days Archil Dzulashvili, Consul of Georgia in Kuwait will arrive in second time to Doha. "I can only thank this person; he was so active in this complicated case. However I have a little information as yet. The local law enforcers are going to deport detained Georgians, this is better than the illegal detention, "- Nestor Ugulava said. At the same time Georgian diplomats are avoiding to blame the local businessman Ali Said in not fulfilling of the contract conditions, as this question is beyond of its competence.
"I am not sure diplomats will be involved in the dispute, nevertheless it is not excluded they will uphold us morally. At this time the only problem for us is to get the sum of money for defense lawyers. The local lawyers said according to the existing documentation all basses exist for us to receive our money back, "- Ugulava said.
Ugulava said the Georgian diplomats in case if involved in the process can turn the case to the better.
For information, the Qatar businessmen dishonestly deceived Georgian workers in not fulfilling the contract obligations. In contrary he demanded money from Georgians. He forced some of them to sign documents of unknown nature and this lead to its imprisonments.
The news agency GHN thanks the Georgian Foreign Ministry for active involvement in this case, and Georgian Embassy in Kuwait.
