USA considers it is necessary to return OSCE mission to Georgia, Hillary Clinton declared on the OSCE summit in Astana, GHN reports.
"The main aim of the OSCE is a prevention of the conflicts. Take for instance Georgia. USA upholds the territorial integrity of Georgian and its sovereignty. Georgia wished a continuation of the OSCE mission, but it was not allowed to. We are calling the organization from that tribune to be presented in Georgia. We are calling the parties as well to fulfill the obligations on cease-fire, "- Clinton said.
At the same time she said USA upholds the initiative of Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili about the non use of force.
"We hope this will help us to establish new diplomatic bases, "- Hillary Clinton said.
For information, the present OSCE summit is a first one after 11 years of pause after the summit in Istanbul. The summit is 7-th one in the frames of this organization. Leaders of 61 member and participant countries are taking part in it, among them are 26 Presidents.
