"For the prevention of the conflicts and its straining it is very important to increase the role of OSCE. No other regional organization can do this better than OSCE. We can start with the Georgian question. USA strongly upholds the territorial integrity and sovereignty of this state. This mission is to be allowed to perform its functions effectively over all Georgian territory. As well we are calling all parties to respect the cease-fire agreement. We hope this will the basis for the new diplomatic relations, "- Clinton said on the OSCE summit.
