The OSCE summit accomplished in Astana without main political document - without passing of the document about action plan for conflict regulation. The document was not passed because of the Russia's position.
The main result of the summit was declared was a passing of the Astana declaration that is containing no new information.
This is a two pages document that has 13 points; however it has no new information.
This document reads that 56 leaders of OSCE member states are adherent to the principles of that organization and this summit was having a nature of 35 years jubilee in connection with Helsinki document. After Astana summit OSCE member states were to pass one more document - this was an action plan for the conflict regulation. Nevertheless no such document was passed. In this connection almost all representatives of OSCE member states expressed its dissatisfaction
