"We should not forget what Russia did for us. In turn we did not anything for Russia, "- Sergey Bagapsh, leader of Abkhazian secessionists said during the special briefing where the social-economic restoration plan suggested by Russia was discussed. The Abkhazian side said Bagapsh touched the question of passing of 3 establishments to Russian Federation. These establishments are situated in Gagra, Pitsunda and Musera.

"This chaos is directed against existing government. Moreover the authors of publication are assaulting Russian government, Russian people. They did not wish the Russian border guards, neither Russian militaries, not Russian businessman. At the same time no one of them in protest did no refused the Russian citizenship, and Russian passport and pension, "- Bagapsh said. He believes that Vladislav Ardzinba took right decision previously about sale of these objects.

"We should not forget what Russia did for us and what Russia now is doing for us. We in turn cannot do anything for RF. Nobody have a right to criticize the state that has friendly relations with us. Presidents are coming and they are leaving its posts, but the relations with Russia always will be a priority for us, "- Bagapsh said at the sitting.
