The newspaper Resonance will prepare a legal pleading for the Strasbourg Court of Human Rights in making hidden the memorandum on passing by Energy Ministry to Russian Federation of the Enguri Water Power Plant. "All sources to apply to any instance court were exhausted in Georgia. No Court satisfied our demands. Now we are about to apply to Strasbourg. We are working on the procedures for this step, "- Giorgi Tugushi said. He said the Supreme Court decision and its reasons were groundless in not satisfying legal suit of Resonance and GYLA.
For information the Energy Ministry keeps hidden the memorandum on passing the Enguri WPP to Russian Federation, motivating this as a commercial secret. The newspaper Resonance demands the information from the Energy Ministry on this matter and to make it public, but is refused.
