The opposition is going to hold protest actions again in the beginning of November. Opposition leaders say that they change actions tactics and they will fight with the government with new tactics and strategy. Will or not the opposition mobilize the society and clear up the nihilism in the society? The discussion about this was held with Nodar Natadze, leader of the "National Front"
- The opposition which exists at this moment, with such content, with the existing disposition, with the level of it - is absolutely having no future without any perspective. First of all they have to unite because they lack of the professionals. I am talking about the professional qualified persons. Maybe some of them have a qualified economist, another have a middle level economist, others have a psychologist, but some have no one. So, the thinking group hardly ever to be gathered to satisfy some conditions. But separately they have no professionals; because of this they hate the intellect as a class enemy. With such approach the politics may not be created. None of them have presented the political program for the people, not because they lack of the sincerity, but because they lack of the intellect. Because of this the Georgian nation's best potential is not alongside with them. If there would be one political party, the nation's potential will stay with them, such party will be of the level, and only then it will be possible to wage a successful war with this government.
-How do you think what mistakes were made by opposition during the protest actions and why it did not reach the results?
-They did not say what the main crime of Saakashvili is. He is an enemy of Georgia, of the state of Georgia. He is a traitor of the country and of the state in favor of the Russia. This is the first accusation. And of the secondary importance are the accusations that he is inadequate, that he is a man-eater, he is poisoning the population with the chemical gases. The opposition did not accuse him with the first and main accusation. Secondly, the opposition did not suggest to the nation any political program. Thirdly, the energy which they mobilized, they could not direct to the right direction. They had a direction with a having no perspective slogan: "Go, go!", this is not a slogan. But the slogan is: "Give back our elections rights! Give me the right elections law" For this words nobody say the protest action was aimless. The second slogan: "To appoint the early elections, because you are illegitimate, you remained in the government because of the totally falsified elections. And the third slogan: "To hold real elections; give the possibility to take part in the elections." These three is a power tasks. One must to force him to give the elections law, to force him to appoint the early elections and to win the elections. It is nessesary to suppress the interruption of the police, the "carusels" (merry-go round) and so like things for falsification of elections during the elections day. This is the real task. This real direction was missed by the opposition and people were misleading by them. Because of this I think that the new vawe of activity of the opposition is useless.
- Who is trustworthy person from the opposition leaders?
- No every opposition leaders are earnest. Burjanadze I suppose is for the Russians inclination. Natelashvili it is clear is a Russians' one. I will not talk about Nogaideli as well.The most part of the forum is Russians' regrettably. Alasania is an unclear figure, at this stage, high probability is that he is of the same color as Saakashvili is, e.g. in appearance he is Western but in fact he is Eastern. Those people who are in politics with the honest feeling only those have to unite. There is a European slogan "It is better to be a first man in the village than to be a second one in the city". This saying is not for the political party work. At the level of village the governmental politics cannot be made. It is necessary to gather such political group which will mobilize the real potential of Georgian nation. This can be achieved only through the unification.
-Could the opposition justify hopes in case of acheveing the aim?
-Not by the methods they used. In such way they could attract only the worst part of the nation. The methods they are using will not gather the best part of the nation. They had no program at the elections. They may be followed only by the outdated ones. I will say you , if there would be only opposition and only Saakashvili, the people will vote for the opposition , but this new government would be retarded one, were the only qualified person will be Salome Zurabishvili and no anyone else. This is clear. The main disadvantage of the opposition is that they could not mobilize the existing potential in the nation. Becouse they did not show the real perspective to the clever people.
-How will you estimate the foreign and internal policy of the country?
- The foreign policy of the country is totally under the Russian supervision. This is the policy of traitors of the state. First of all we are still in the CIS. They did not declare officially to the international community (not only in the interviews but officially) that Russian Federtion wages the war against Georgia since January 6 of 1992, and the war with Russia was even before this date. They did not annul the peacekeeping mandate of Russian Federation. They did not present the plan for consultations (but not for the permission) about the vision of Georiga of the resolution of conflict in the parted regions. They did not inform the international community that there does not exist such thing as the Ossetia in the South of Caucasus; and this is the Russians fiction and this unity - S.O. is created by Russians. This creation would not exist an hour without presence of the Russian Army.
They did not explain to the international community that the Abkhazia is not a country of Abkhazians. The Abkhazia has this name not becoouse the Abkhazians (historically Apsua) are living there but quite contrary Abkhazians are named so because they entered the Georgian province Abkhazia from the nearby mountains. These main points were not explained to the international community and in fact they did not made any step forward. The West has to see Georiga as a real ally and not an empty territory. Who watches only Saakashvili, Merabishvili, Eka, Maka and Lika - these brainless people in the governance- they indeed think that Georgia is emptiness. Becouse thay indeed are empty. They did not make any minimal prestige for the country in foreign relations. They have no independent foreign policy, oriented for the future, for the country really based on the own fundament. They did not do it.
What about the internal policy they can only react. They cannot make a plan and to follow it to implement it. They see the future of the Georigan nation as being the service personnel. This is the reality. Their internal policy is a diversion dictated by Russia. This diversion is carried out under the name of the Western values. This is at the same time economic diversion and as well the ideological diversion. One of the main guilt of this government is the total destruction of education. The biggest and the second guilt of them is the destruction of the economy. They are selling the vitally important objects. This is its policy. They of cource have no right for this crime. It is not permissible to left nothing in the ownership of the country. They are selling everything. One of the fundamental, historic, large-scale crime of this government before the country is the passing of the law about permission for sale of the agricultural land. I hope that if we, Georigan political parties will part from the "gathering" of Saakashvili and will do it openly, (as the Saakashvili's team is a forign country's traitors and his government is illegitimate one, remaned in the governance as a result of the totally falsified elections) then we will annul by such action all agreements and acts of selling for lowest prices of objects. We can regenerate from the situation in which we were forced to be.

- What is your opinion about August war? What do you know about the Tagliavini Commission report and what do you think about it?
I have read the first part of the Tagliavini conclusion report. I have read the report of our government about the August war. I have read old materials in the internet and my conclusion is that the war was started by Russian Federation. I mean not the bombing of the Georigan villages, not different diversions, but an official war wich was started by Russian Federation on August 6-7. During these days Russia waged the war with the one method of a several possible ways of war - with the military manoeuvres. Military manoeuvres - e.g. a dislocation of the military batallions are the same elements of a war as a shooting. This is the part of a war. So, Russia started the war on August 6-7 with the manoeuvres and won it. Russia took all strategic positions which were nessesary to destroy the Georigan army. When this accomplished, then Russia ordered to Saakashvili: "Till the end of the 7 of August e.g. till the 12 hour, make a simulation of the starting of a war." Saakashvili did it. He made a declaration before 12 o'clock that war started. Ordered to open fire and ordered to General Kurashvili to make the declaration that this is for the restoration of Constitutional order in Tskhinvali conflict zone, but not for the warding off the Russia' s attack. The task of the Russian Feeration Saakashvili accomplished in the following ways: he open the fire when it was ordered to him, secondly he open the fire by the type of the weapon which was ordered to him by Russia and to the direction as well ordered by Russia. He opened the fire to the empty city Tskhinvali but not to the Roki tonnel, which was full of Russian army. The conclusion deriving form this is that the war started Russian Federation. It has won the war by the maneouvre then ordered to Saakashvili to simulate the start of the war.
Namely this is all the history of starting the war. In the Tagliavini conclusion, by the way is not noted that Russians were not dislocated the army, there is written that; "We could not find the definite proof, which could definitely prove that Russians were making the displacement of the army". If Saakashvili made the declaration on August 6 that Russians are going to invade and please help us, then Tagliavini would not have the ground to say this.
- It is known that Russian Duma passes the Bill, based upon which it will be able to wage a war abroad. What do you think to the what extent is it dangerous?
- It is clear that this Bill is not aimed for Argentina as an enemy, or UK and Turkey. Here we are assumed first of all and maybe Ukrane for façade. Some group of the Georigan government says that Russia will not attack us. This is not correct. A real possibility exist that Russia will attack us, they occupied our counry. First of all they have own imperialistic interests and the defesence concept for the imperialistic interests - the so called small wars. This is a continuation in the new circumstances of the so called druging imperialism. This is the Russian consept to secure the influence and power in the former imperial area, first of all in the Caucasus. This is the only chance to save the imperialistic position. Becouse of this it is possible that Russia thinks that by the blocking of Gerogia it will block the way to the Central Asia for the West. And this way is the main strategic way in the modern world. It is possible that Russia seriously thinks about this. And the nuclear attack upon Georiga will be the best solution for Russia to frighten others and to wipe out Georigans.
The second factor is that the mere fact of entering the above mentioned Bill to Duma denotes that Medvediev commited the crime before the international law. Why the West did not react to this? Following this the suspition arises that the West is silent because after such attack the main villain, the enemy of the Culture and Civilisation, rival of the democracy, - Russia will go for a long time from the stage of the history. The West factually silently opens the way to Russia for this aggressive action. Russia feels this, so the serious politician cannot say today that the nuclear attack is impossible upon Georgia. There is nothing impossible. Maybe as well this will be used only for the putting pressure. But if this is a simulation of phsichological readiness for using a nuclar weapon, then this is known only for several people. But the Generality does not know this. It prepares this attack with the full determination and nobody knows which General will overthrow which Presidnet and who will be tempted to wage this nuclear war.
- What have to do the Georigan governemtn for prevention of this aggression?
-It is obliged to do two things: to cry all over the world " I am under danger of nuclear attack and help me", it has to cry officially, to not to give the way for simulation, as if they did not noticed this. The Presidents usually are not obliged to hear the declarations of the other countries Presidents, but they are obliged to read this note of protest, when in the note is written: "Help me, if you want to save the planet!" The second obligation is - to ask the coutry which can give a financial support to supply with it to construct the system of nuclear bomb-proof shelters. This system will be the secure place for surviving of the population. But the government did not do this. Not undertaiking these two steps denotes that the existing government is in Russia's service.
