The official Tbilisi will inform the international community about the Russian armament increase in South Ossetia. "We are obliged to inform the international community about any actions of Russian Federation at the occupied territories. Despite of the fact that according to our information the talks are not about the actual increase of the military armament but about the rotation of the Russian Army, "- Nino Kalandadze, Deputy Foreign Minister said. She said any actions at occupied territories are violating the Article 12 of the August agreement "not to say about international norms that are obligatory for the defense of Georgian territorial borders,"
