In Brazil Georgian diplomatic representation will start to work very actively to prepare the basis for the opening of the Georgian embassies in Latin America and other countries, Akaki Minashvili, Foreign Relations Committee Chairman informed journalists.
"Today 3 envoys will be approved in Armenia, Brazil and Mexico. In this respect it is very important to open our diplomatic representation in Latin America. This denotes that relations will become more intense, attention will be paid to economics and to politics. At the same time in Brazil's embassy the basis will be made for the opening of embassies in Latin America, "- Minashvili sad.
He said that Brazil developed economically for the last period of time. The Georgian representation considers to be most important the inflow of investments from this country. Malkhaz Mikeladze, Georgian candidate for Envoy to Mexico said the main priorities for Georgia will be the development of economic political and cultural relations.
Mexico embassy will cover such countries as are Guatemala, Cuba and other countries.
For information, today on the plenary sitting Otar Berdzenishvili was appointed as an envoy to Brazil, to Mexico Malkhaz Miqeladze was appointed and in Armenia Tengiz Sharashvili.
