The new political force "Georgian Party" was established two month ago. Nevertheless it, fights with the government on every street and square. Next round of political fights will be in spring; the place - Tbilisi... Levan Gachechiladze, Eros Kithmarishvili, Irakli Okruashvili and Koka Guntsadze have own plan different from other political parties.
- Mr Eros, for what are you preparing in several month in spring?
- Our goal is to increase the party members to 50 thousands; this denotes we have to make a huge effort, We are promising to people that in a several month we will have fastest reaction, In a several month we will have a political force that will respond to any challenge, it will be able to decide any problem. Ina several month we will have a political force that will defend people on any protest action. To be noted that after the august war in Georgia political dispositions were changed dramatically. Saakashvili's government forcefully and illegally occupied every areas whatsoever possible in the authoritarian regime. To this addition new constitutional changes that were totally adjusted to the interests of National Movement are not promising for people to think that over one protest action this government will be defeated. However we will reach this by our proper actions.
- Irkali Okruashvili in his video address "Unavoidable civil confrontation" said such things that were commented by other political leaders. What did he men in fact in his address?
- If you remember the text of the address did not contained the phrase "civil confrontation". He said is not going to fight with white gloves.
- Mr Eros, Okruashvili said the Georgian Party does not wish confrontations, but the civil confrontation is unavoidable.
- No he did not mention civil confrontation. But I would say about what he talked. After the last elections we have seen that it is impossible to talk with such government in civilized manner and constructive steps. It exploits unlawful mechanisms. In this view, we have to respond with the force but not only with the declarations. Injustice of the regime is hitting the high mark. Naturally we cannot leave people in such hopeless situation, when the injustice touches everyone. Such words are not too pleasant to hear. This country belongs only to the people who very soon will have the only solution to flee abroad. In 5-6 months we will do very important thing - we will create the alternative for Saakashvili to choose from very bad and the Georgian Party.
- This happen without bloodshed?
- To fight with this regime and win and then to find a solution for the country, to build the successful state necessary to establish the movement and to make public those visions that we have in connection with many areas of life. We will show to the public those people who will be leaders of Georgia tomorrow. Who will pull out the country from the economic crisis from the heaviest humanitarian situation, demographic problems....
- A year ago you said it is necessary to hold negotiations with Georgian government but this does not denoted the capitulation of the opposition. Deriving form your speech many things changed during this year.
- Before May of 2009 there was a different situation. Now we have another reality. In the last year Spring the protest actions were not fruitful. And we have to reach some agreement with government. e.g. the opposition has to reach some result this would be early Parliamentary elections, but not the local elections.
- If the government ignores the protest actions, what scenario will be used for the resignation of the President?
- Our goal is not a protest actions we are ready to defeat Saakashvili in any conditions. Among them in elections, but if he will falsify the elections, the he will leave by the same scenario as Shevardnadze. This is a right of the people, and is not arguable.
-You promised Ireland in Caucasus, I can recall Singapore model by Saakashvili?
-Saakashvili suggests to people to make a Singapore model of economy. We are promising to transform Georgia into country like Ireland is. One can compare...
- Georgian Singapore model gives the 90 percent of population outside the country. And the actual population will be foreigners. In Singapore there is no democracy. This country succeeds with the cheap foreign workers. More over if one wish to create in Georgia the totalitarian environment as in Singapore then you can vote for Saakashvili. But if you wish the prosperous country then you must uphold the success, science, development, orientation to the high technologies, in economics and in agriculture.
- You are the rare exception among political parties; you believe you can win in the existing elections environment...
- No we have no illusions about existing government that ignores cynically the opposition. The National Movement will not compromise. Nevertheless I am promising we will create such environment that people will have to choose either Saakashvili or we. If in such circumstances the government will try to fake elections, then it will get what Shevardnadze get, I am promising this. But if the government will not try to do this, in such case we will enter Parliament and will fully dismantle this regime by the civilized means. The destabilization in the country is not in the interests of anybody, it is desirable that the government would be replaced step by step. Now I am not interested with Saakashvili, he already is not a leader and this is his own fault. Now I am interested with the question - who to drug out the country from the deep crisis, from the deep authoritative regime, and the most outdated country in the region.
- But what about the first reformer country in the world...
- According to the IMF we are the most outdated country in the region. The GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in Georgia is lowest in the region - 2 500 USD, at the same time in Azerbaijan it is twice as higher, in Kazakhstan in 3 times higher, in Russia and Turkey in 5 times higher. We are the poorest country in the region and the death rate of newborns if heist. To addition the deepest economic crisis and loosed international orienteer and loosed territories. Such country's President talks that Georgian is a first reformer of the world. And to be noted what countries are in the list of reformers - Ghana, Kirgiz, Belarus, Burkina Faso, the countries that are the last in terms of economics and democracy.
- What are the priorities of the Georgian Party?
- The first 3 are: the orientation to the national origins, creation of the security mechanisms and the economics oriented to the progress, as well the policy of enlightenment. These are fundamental principles for the construction of Georgia's prosperity
- What is the foreign political course of Georgian Party in connection with the NATO and EU?
- What about the EU, we consider it as our main foreign orientation. "The Georgian Party" declares that we should become a country that will enter the EU with dignity. For us the EU is the dream for which we should change our country our regime. We have to fill very quickly that gap that is now between us and Europe in view of economic and in view of democracy. What about NATO Georgia ha no on agenda this question. For the Georgian society much more important is to regulate the internal political problems and internal economic problems. NATO is not a priority for now. No doubt we will have a very big desire to come near to the NATO standards, but this is not possible only through PR and artificial expectations from the government. Our party will not accelerate unnaturally this process.
- What about the reoccupation - what plans have you in this direction?

- For the creation of successful country we have to analyze first of all what happen . I think the role of our government in the damaged territorial integrity of the country is very big. It will be very difficult to talk about the reconciliation with our brothers Abkhazians and Ossetians before to the power new political force will not come. Before we will not make liable all those who are guilty in this crime of the biggest tragedy in our country, who are guilty in tens of thousands people loosing its original roots and homes. Till that we will not be able to give a hand to our brothers for reconciliation. But Saakashvili doing this at this moment will be very cynical step. First of all we should restore those bridges and trust that were connecting ties between Georgians and Abkhazians. No declarations and no setting of time limits would not be proper, when we can be able to live with them in peace and prosperity. I think this would be only populist declarations. Today we are in a more difficult situation then the previous government was after the war with Abkhazia. Reoccupation does not mean the withdrawal of Russian army only. Even if this will happen it is necessary to normalize relations with Russian Federation. After tat we have to think about the normalization of relations with Abkhazians and Ossetians. For this first of all itr is necessary that Abkhazian and South Ossetia leaders received the proof that Georgia is not an aggressor. Only after this the nest stage will be possible. How far will be possible the dialogue between us to start the reintegration or any other form of cooperation. The chance for this Saakashvili loosed with one illogical step. I can say to you in what situation we were in 2008 of August 7, before evening of 22:00. We had a chance to conduct very quickly a successful process under the name reintegration. However making involved in this war Saakashvili smashed all hopes for this for the whole generation. For our party one of the most important questions will be the regulation of this problem. However this must happen with the participation of all Georgian people. And what is most important this must not be an action plan of only one political party. Reoccupation will be possible only when this theme will be cleared form the politically biased attitude. Only when our political forces will not use it against each other as a political weapon. Contrary our competitiveness with each other in this question (after we will dismiss this regime) will more successfully carryout this process.

- By the way President Saakashvili's peace initiative is for non use of force in regional conflict...
- I would like to recall to you some facts from the past. Kakha Lomaia said after the war, we should consider that at the North side there is nothing, just like instead of Russian Federation there is an ocean. The same said Bendukidze and other members of the government. Now they changed its position because the international attitude changed. They have changed own position accordingly. What about the reason for change - the Russian-USA relations reset policy happen it appeared to be working. These two big players have seen that they cannot do anything without each other. But Georgia remained in the role of irritating country. So to retain the power Saakashvili can agree to the full capitulation before Russian Federation.
- I would ask you as well about your colleagues in the political union. Political scientists say that Levan Gachechiladze and Koka Guntsadze appeared in a next one vagueness deciding to enter the party; Sozar Subari is alleged by the experts in inexperience in political affairs; they said that Irakli Okruashvili is a liar when he talks about the political and civil confrontation from Paris; and you are not forgiven fort the participation in Rose Revolution.
- These are the experts who are commenting every situation. I would say that in Georgia there is every limited quantity of good experts We are the people with a considerable experience in politics and in many different areas. Levan Gachechiladze is a person who created a face of Georgian business in 90s after the 100 years of inactivity in the country. The Georgian wine appeared in Europe thanks to Levan Gachechiladze after 100 years of pause. Then he entered politics and was a figure well known at the protest actions. In 2008 on January 8 on the Presidential elections he presented an alternative for Shevardnadze not having any resources. And if not a fake elections we will be guarantied for the next tour of elections. So, this is a person who was an unconditional candidate for Presidency. This is person who during 3 years from 2007 September fights non stop with the regime. All his knowledge he put in the Georgian Party. This is my reply to the Remarque about Levan. What about Irakli Orkuashvili in 90s he was a star in jurisprudence in Georgia. Many legal innovations are connected with his name. He established a GYLA. He was a moist successful government official. In the first years of the Rose Revolution he changed in police that system what is a subject of pride for Mikheil Saakashvili. He was involved in the establishment of patrol. He was a most popular politician in Georgian in 2005 and has a higher rating then Saakshvili has. Then he became a Defense Minister and headed the army that was nothing. Out of the nothing he established modern, equipped army with contemporary knowledge. He was the only person who could say everything in face to Saakashvili. What about the doubts how he can change the government from Paris, this is very simple - the civilization is developed very highly. In the 21 century contact is not a problem anymore. Irakli Okruashvili will not have a problem with participation in the political campaign or in the ruling.
About Sozar Subari I would say that he is a person recognized in the world - Human Rights defender. He is the only person among 5-6 peoples. And he is the only person in the post soviet area and Western European countries who has a status of UNHC Assistant. He is the hope for the people and to talk about political inexperience of this person is ironical.
What about Koka Guntsadze he is a man who could manage the hardest process of elections and thanks to him we were at the edge of second tour of elections in 2008.
If I will talk about myself, - it is truth that I was one of the leaders fo the Rose revolution, but I returned to politics because I wish to accomplish to the end the affair that was started in 2003. I am here to return to people what Saakashvili deprived them of. What he "washed up" and leveled out by the dishonest fraud. I have enough experience to fight with him.
