On December 13 Christian Democrats will sue government in Constitutional Court. The news Agency GHN was informed from the political party. Demands of the party are about abolition of united public taxes. They believe that imposition of such taxes is unconstitutional; this is an attempt of the government to create a monopolistic corporation.
The legal pleading is signed by Giorgi Targamadze, leader of the Christian Democrats. Other members of the party and citizens. The legal pleading will be passed to the Constitutional Court in Batumi by Giorgi Akhvlediani, Charmin of the party on December 13 .
For information, according to the new rules all public taxes will be paid jointly. In case of not covering in full one of the taxes all other services will be cased for gas, electricity, water and so on.
