World is changing ... Problems and the reaction methods to these problems which were quite normal a year or two ago, now are outdated in the political style. It is clear that many questions are now different. The problems which were unresolvable yesterday, now the shape arises for its solution. It is quite difficult to take in consideation these changes. The decisions which the world leaders are taking, oftenly are unexpected ones. But everything is going well. If we will consider that the the main cause of the changes is the political will of the US President.
The Noble Prise in area of Peace, which was awarded the President, more looks like the pre payment. And this prise has the only aim to say that the world leaders and Mr. Obama has to understand that the world is overtried from the conflicts!

Now the planet faces the new challenges - more than milliard hungry people, increased dangers of terrorism and many other problems. Maybe this politics is not acceptable not only for Georiga but as well for many European people - this policy of closer ties of USA and Russian Federation. But it is fact that the world leader country cannot cope independently with the existing problems. It needs many allys and many supporters of the world order and many ones responsible for this order.
For us it does not make difference what challenges faces the world today, as alongside with the policy of not recognition of the seccessionist republics, the USA and the West are very "sweet" with Russian occupants.

We are vitnesses of the new politics in the world as the refusal of Obama for deployment of missile shield in the Eastern Europe is the new wave of thinking. More correctly: "We received the lesson of modern thinking, " - as said Lech Valensa, ex president of Polland. About such new thinking was talking one more Nobel Prise winner - Nelson Mandella. He said that the main cause of the famine in the world is a human being and the human being himself has to defeat it.

It is fact that the reason of the many other problems is a human being as well, and he must himself find the solution and a cure for it. However we cannot say that the decisions taken by Obama were not disappointing ones for Polish and Czech people and made them sceptical towards his administration.

"We can take offence at USA and his President Obama. We can say that for him  Russia is more valuable than we are, but he proves that he is a man with broadened thinking. He said at least that the world politics and the peaceful politics of the West has to enter the new era and to be based on the new philosophy, "- Lech Valensa said. Valensa has lived all his life in fighting with Communist regime, for him the main enemy is a homeland of this ideology - USSR, and of course Russian Federation. But even he said that the main is the peace in the world but not the questions of security of particular countries. Valensa is considering the security of own country as a part of the security of the world and he said that "We have to defend ourselves, we have to provide the security, but this we have to do not by the confrontation but through the cooperation."
It is difficult to reach a world order moreover to reach the coincidence of interests in the conditions were these interests are connected to the different leaders. But here the main is to make such basis which will consider except of mutual trust as well the mutual control mechanisms.

Frankly speaking - we cannot agree with the USA new administration policy towards Russia. Becouse of this we are trying to find some phrases from the context agreable for us. For example: "positions in connection with Gerogia differ", as well that "USA never recognize the ...", and again when Hillary Clinton said "No!" - But someone can say ‘Yes!", and as well  NATO up to today is faithfull to the "Bucharest summit" (what we are doing for the fulfillment of NATO demands this is another question) and so on. But if we wll think deeply about the actions of Obama we will understand that for him the main question is that the peaceful life must be in the interests of all of us.

It is clear that US President believes that the main principles of new era must be the responcibility and fulfillment of obligatins to secure the interests of peacefull live. This demand is equal for all states - for Polland, for Baltic states, for Georiga, for Iran, for China, for Russia and for USA itself.
"This is a serious dilemma: to trust and at the same time to check, to control. The main principle must be -  I am cooperating, I am declaring the solidarity, but at the same time I need to be sure I, need to take out insurance, " - Lech Valensa said.
Despite of the positive intentionas of USA President and his administration it is a fact that it will be very difficult even for Gerogia to talk about any kind of cooperation and harmonisaiton with Russian Federation. We should remember as well that the opposition, which nearly died at street protest actions under the rain and snow, refuses the idea of the  Russian political establishment about the restoration of relations with Russsian Rederation only after the Saakashvili's resignation.

USA and any other well-wisher must to understand that it is impossible to forget immediately the consequences of the cold war and the confrontation. Moreover in the situation when Georiga has almost half a million of  refugees and the territories occupied, and this is a nation which canot forget the abuse of dignity even over the senturies but not only in a sake of a President's changes or the world order's change, in such situation to forget the consequences of the war will be almost impossible.

At this background it is very useful to remember the words of Henri Kissinger, in  his interview to "Figaro": "USA made a mistake, sometimes it does not respect duly the Russian Federation. When one deals with the strategic partner, which because of the internal reasons may became more week, in such situation the arrogant attitude towards him will be mistaken." Kissinger in his interview noted that Obama administration behaves correctly, when talks with Russia in equal terms.  Yes , this words are showing that USA makes  a new order in the worlds reality. It establishes the new rules of a game. But surprisingly this new reality in connection with Georiga is in the same current in which it was  placed  by George Bush.

But we need the real actions and perspectives and in this direction the USA analytics have to think much. Othervise it will be very difficult to walk alongside with Russia and to say that the main hindering factor for the development and future perspectives of Georiga is his own partner. People have quite different expectations from USA and West. NATO Secretary General Andres Fog Rasmunsen said that Russia is not an enemy of NATO and now is the NATO's turn to persuade Russia in this. Following this USA and NATO are obliged (and why, it is well known  for them) to persuade Russia that its strategic partner - Gerogia is not an enemy of Russia, and as well Russia has to prove to Georgia this that he is not an anemy of Georgia.

Georgia, Georigan political spectrum - government and opposition will try to find a reasonable balance for cohabitation and competition. At this background USA and Europe has to take into account the historical role of Georiga in Caucasus. To think about this role will be useful for Russia as well. And for politicians and government representatives the consideration of this factor in the right angle will be a solution for many problems.

Now we should be active quite differently, now we should see many problems in different, new perspective. Now maybe we are in the most important period of our history. If we will not consider all this correctly we can find ourselves in difficulties when our culture and civilization will be teared out.
Lech Valensa said that despite our sentiments towards USA we cannot rely upon it totally, except of us USA has many other countries to supervise. We should work with USA to talk about our problems constantly. But as well we should remember were we are. And really who is near us, "- Lech Vaensa said. He directly indicates the dangers coming from the Russian Federation and about the nessesity of correct relations with it.

We as well should not forget the dangers which no country in Europe suffers like us. We should think how to be stronger, as when constructing the relations anew, our weeknes not to became an argument for opponents.

It is a reality that regrettabley Georiga is not a main question for the new era agenda. But maybe it is better because we have a chance to come to the main question wisely. The task is very easy but very difficult to perform it: the world is changing - we as well should change.
