The USA envoy said the refusal for the military cooperation with Georgia, Russia will take as a hail for the armed aggression against Georgia. ‘Russia may say that no armament may be only the defensive purposes, but the antimissile and anti tank systems cannot give Georgia the attacking military ability. He as well said that rumors as if Georgia's concealed buys the military armament is not truth. He suggested a range of ideas that can make Russia calmer.
