The Georgian party asked Russian Procurator's Office General to detain General Borisov. The note was sent already by the Georgian side to Russian party over the Swiss embassy.

Nino Kalandadze, Deputy Foreign Minister said alongside with the note, the papers proving the gilt of Russian General-Mayor Borisov in the terrorist activity on Georgian territory was sent. She said as well that Georgian MFA addresses to RF to assist Georgia, deriving form the importance of the crime, in the detention of two wanted people alleged in terrorist activity that are hiding in Abkhazia, and to detain General-Mayor Borisov. She noted that despite of the strained situation between two states the participation of Russian Federation in the investigation of this crime is very important. Moreover the Georgian side asked the Swiss embassy to assist in mediation with Russian Procurator's Office General.
