After Qobulety Anaklia as well will become a free economic zone. This question will be discussed in Parliamentary sitting on December 17, on the third reading of the Bill. According to the law the same facilitations will be provided for business in case of Anaklia as it was with Qobuleti. Gia Khuroshvili, Parliamentary Secretary said that in case of successful accomplishment of the project the same will be carried out in other regions of Georgia.
For information, Georgian President freed the investors willing to construct hotels in Anaklia from taxes for 15 years. The agreements will be signed with investors before the end of January of 2011. The construction of hotels by the agreement was to be accomplished in 18 month maximum.
