The civil movement "Solidarity for prisoners of conscience" released the statement about the blast of the "Memorial of Glory" in Kutaisi in 2009. Eka Beselia's civil movement says that in the tragedy that happen as a result of the explosion the government is liable. As a result of the blast mother and her child died.
"One year passed since this tragedy. This happens because of the violation of the safety norms. Despite of the big response from society and the promise of the lawenforcement bodies to investigate and study this question, the main wrong - the government managed to escape the liability. We, today as the year ago are expressing our deep sorrow for this happening. In the tragedy that happen on September 19 of 2009 Saakashvili and his regime is liable, "- The statement reads.
