The Court hearing of Babutsa Gordadze, Georgian citizen detained in Malaysia will be hold today. The members of Georgian delegation from Georgian Procurator's Office and Georgian MFA met with detained Georgian women.
The Georgian party passed to the Malaysian lawenforcers the evidence of Eldar Davitiani, who takes all guilt for own burden.
Georgian women alleged in the drug traffic are not admitting the crime. According to the information of Georgian Procurator's Office General, the investigation has no evidences against Gordadze and Kokhtashvili. The main evidence will be the chemical expertise that will be ready for the mid of January of 2011.
Babutsa Gordadze and Daredjan Kokhtashvili were detained in Malaysia on October 24 with the accusation of drug abuse. In case of the proving of its guilt they will be death sentenced.
