The Georgian National Guardia is 20 years old. The festive arrangements for this event are not planned. The National Guardia that was created on December 20 of 1990 was a first armed force in Georgia.
The National Guardia was responsible for the support of the civil government in the emergency situations, for the administration of mobilization resources, inflow of the population to the armed forces, selections and completion as well for conduction of ritual arrangements. For now the priority of the department is a management of the reserve and mobilization system.
