OSCE said the Belarus elections are illegitimate. The declaration was made by OSCE mission head Tony Lloyd. "The legislative base of  Belarus is inadequate it cannot provide with the transparent elections  on the background of the OSCE obligations, " - mission's head said.
He said - there are not effective conditions for the legal pleadings. The elections did not give to the Belarus the future that it deserves.
"The acting President and other candidates were in the unequal conditions. There were the cases when the administrative resources were used in support of the acting President, "- OSCE informs. The different organizations say that the national channels are taking more than 90 percent of the time for acting President. The organization hoped that in Belarus the democratic elections would be conducted, but hopes were not justified.
