"Making this step Russian Federation an illusion created, as if Russia is very humanist state, nevertheless the international community remembers well the vandalism it committed two years ago on the Georgian territory. This is a black stain of the country and it will be till the obligations will not be fulfilled by Russian Federation, "- Qavtaradze said to journalists on the press conference.
For information, today in Moscow the Glory's Memorial will be opened in replacement of the one blasted in Kutaisi in 2009.
