Sergey Bagapsh, leader of Abkhazian secessionist as well congratulated Lukashenko with winning in elections.
"I am congratulating you with the winning in elections to the post of President. The results of the elections are an expression of great trust of Belarusian people, " - Bagaps said. " Belarus and you privately always were expressing the support for Abkhazia in times of our hardship. We are very thankful for you for this. I hope that our relations' good experience will be a precondition for the future development of relations," - Bagaps noted.
