Yulia Timoshenko, leader of Ukraine opposition, former Prime Minister is homearrested, the news agency GHN reports. The investigators of the Procurator's Office General said she can be resided only on the address were she actually lives. The conclusion was issued as a result of the investigation of the criminal case against ex head of the Ukraine government.
In Wednesday the Procurator's Office General decided to strain the possibility to move across the country for Timoshenko. "I cannot be only on the address were I am living," - Timoshenko said to journalists when out from the questioning in the Department of Procurator's office.
Timoshenko underlined that she is summoned to the Procurator's Office in Friday. She said the investigators are going to question her every day. "I will be forced to attend the Procurator's Office for questioning because to deprive ne the possibility to travel in regions to my electorate. For me this is evident. They wish to stir up all opponents over the Procurator's Office that have a ground prepared for this, "- she said.
At the same time leader of opposition said she have no connection with the accusations that are presented by the authorities against her. She said this is an absurd, that cannot be named as a justice. Moreover she noted that she is ready for any turn of the case. She is psychologically prepared for any actions of the government.
The RIA Novosty informs that the investigators opened the criminal case against Timoshenko on the ground of abuse of power in connection with the pensions fund.
