The USA Senate ratified the Strategic Offensive Armament Agreement. The document was passed by 71 votes against 26. The prolongation of ratification of the document was caused by Republicans since May this year. The document is for 10 years period that is signed by USA President Barak Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. The document stipulates cut of armament arsenals twice.
To be noted the Russian Duma did not ratified yet this agreement.
