Presidnet demands next one amendments to the Constitution. During today bureau session the legislative initiative was initiated about the amendments to the Constitution.
According to the Bill, the new law will stipulate the long term stable economic growth, the main principles of economic policy. At the same time the introduction of the new taxes and its growth may be possible only through the referendum.Which may be initiated by the President. The new Bill is initiated already. On the tomorrow session Parliament will estabish a constitutional group for the discussion of the constitutional amendments. The quotas and the head of the group will be appointed.
