All promises that were given to Georgian society in the second part of the Rose revolution are fulfilled - Education Minister Dmitry Shashkin said.
He said that namely the democratic reforms are the response of Georgian side to the Russian Aggression.
"It is very important for us to show to our USA partners the democratic reforms that were performed in the frames of the second part of the Rose Revolution, " - Shahkin said.
