The Moldova government declared about its resignation in because of announcing of the elections results as null and void, according to the Moldovan legislation, GHN reports.
The decision about resignation taken today on the last sitting of the acting Cabined, will be presented on the first sitting of the new Parliament tomorrow on December 28 at 15:00.
Prime Minister Vlad Filat said that according to the Article 103 of the Constitution the government can perform its functions before the elections of new Parliament. Only public functions may be performed by that government.
