For information, Moscow Court found guilty Mikheil Khodorkvsky and Platon Lebedev in its second legal case. The accused ones did not express any interest to the court hearing. Initially Khodorkvsky and Lebedev, head of "Menatep" were sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment . They were accused in non payment of taxes and misrepresentation. In 2006 against them the second case raised, in which the Procurator's Office demanded 14 years of imprisonment. They were accused in appropriation of 200 ton of oil, the appropriation of illegally gained money and in misuse of 38 % of actives.
