Moscow Court sentenced ex Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and former head of Menatep for 14 years of imprisonment, GHN reports. The sentence reads that they are found guilty according to the Article 160 part 3 (appropriation) of RF Criminal Code and by the article 174 part 3 (legalization).
The Court held that the sentence will be counted for them from 2003 including the term of first sentence.
