He warned, the mountain region of Gerogia neads an immediate attention, otherwise later on effeorts for its salvation will be needed 10-times as higher than now. "We suggested to the governent to make an unsettled territories of these region a reservation for minor crime offenders, for establishement of villages with own agriculture. That will decide partially the problem of unemployment."
