Georgia demands from Russia several mlrd UDS for damages coused by RF as a result of military operations in 2008 August. Shota Malashkhia, chairman of parliamentary temporary Committee for Restoration of Territorial Integrity said the government will count the loss caused by RF. For this reasons Vera Qobalia, Economic Minister will be involved in discussion at the begning of February. According to Malashkhia the action plan will be worked out for the count of the damages caused by Russian Federation. The pleading before the ECtHR will be started after the ECtHR will deliver a judgment about ethnic cleansing in Abkhazia abd Ossetia.
