"The Economist named the change that happens in Georgia as a mental revolution. The questions that I am asked frequently are: is it truth that the roads are not stuffed by inspectors, it is right that the driving license one can get in several minutes, that the municipal taxes are paid in electronic format, that all pupils in schools are provided with laptops thanks to the government, that several subjects in schools are taught by USA teachers, that among post soviet countries we have the best roads. Nevertheless we have many to do still for the development of the process and reforms. The "Millennium Challenge" is our biggest partner in carrying out reforms in our country, "- President said.

Today President will take part in commemoration ceremony of USA diplomat Richard Hallbroke, who died a few weeks ago. The ceremony will attend USA President Barak Obama and leaders of other countries.
