On January 19-20 in London the North Atlantic summit will be conducted. The leaders of 9 countries will discuss the possibility of deepening of relations and possible establishing of the mini NATO. Those countries are Britain, Island, Dania, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Sweden Latvia and Lithuania.
The internet web page WikiLeaks published the material underlining that establishing of such organization may curb the "polar bear" Russia, according to the USA envoy to Norway.
According to the official information the aim of the negotiations is strengthening of economic and social ties. It is possible that UK Prime Minister David Cameron will touch the issues of creation of the military alliance in these new frames.
The final decision for the establishment of mini NATO will be taken on the next ministerial summit that will be held in April in Helsinki.
