The Georgian delegation will depart to Strasbourg to the PACE winter session on January 22. Davit Darchiashvili, delegation member said to GHN he will deliver a speech on January 26 on the PACE. He will discuss the rights of Georgian migrants. "Migration Committee gave me a task to deliver a speech at the PACE that will touch the question of using of 39-th rule of the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. This rule stipulated the possibility of stopping of migrants deportation from the foreign country by the court decision. This rule is violated very often in some countries, "- Darchiashvili said.
"What about the discussion of Russian-Georgian question, MP said that it is not known yet if the question will be on agenda. However it will be discussed t the PACE but the format of discussion is not known. It may be reviewed in Committees or political circles, "- Darchiashvili noted.
For information the Strasbourg winter session will open at January 24 and will last till January 28.
