The journalists of "Imedi" TV are going to sue the government in European Court of Human Rights for the damages in the course of actions during November 7 of 2007.
Lia Mukhashavria, defence lawyer of journalists said that the working plan is already done according to which the case will be step-by-step passed to the definite Court hearing. This fact was as well discussed with Georigan Ombudsman.
We remind you that on November 7 of 2007 after the violent dispersing of public manifestarion, the obeject for the next one destruction became a TV company "Imedi", which was a publicly recognized TV of opposition.
The co salled "Spez Naz" specialized military group rushed into the building of TV Company and destroyed the television equipment. Journalists were poisoned by tear-gas. After this incident the TV Company cased to broadcast for several months.
