Today on January 24 in Strasbourg the PACE winter session will begin. Georgian-Russian debates are not on the agenda. Nevertheless the Georgian delegation under the headship of Peter Tsiskarishvili, Parliamentary majority leader will stress the non fulfillment of obligations by Russian Federation. Georgian delegates will discuss the causes for the refusal in participation of discussion of the Georgian-Russian case last time.
Davit Darhiashvili, chairman of the Parliamentary Committee of EU integration will deliver a speech at the PACE on January 26. He will pay attention to the migrants rights defense. It will touch the Rule 39 of the European Court of Human Rights. It stipulates migrants' deportation altering by the court decision. Despite this the rule is breached by many countries in Europe.
