The Georgian Foreign Ministry said  foreign body of Israel send the letter of diplomatic nature only and they do not demand anything in its letter.
"Indeed the letter was received by Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashdze from Israel Foreign Ministry in connection with Israel businessmen. Nevertheless this letter is of diplomatic nature that affects only the friendly relations between two countries and no demands were expressed in it, " - Nino Klandadze said to GHN. She said the interest of Israeli Foreign Ministry is natural, as citizens of its country are detained on the territory of other country. About the position of the Foreign Ministry in connection with the detention fact of foreign citizens, Grigol Vashadze abstains from making any comments in this respect saying that this is a prerogative of Justice Ministry.

For information, according to the foreign media the Israeli Foreign Ministry sent a "strong" letter to Georgian colleague asking to release immediately detained Jewish businessmen, otherwise they threatened with spoiling of Georgian-Israeli relations.
