NATO Secretary General Andres Fog Rasmussen hopes that Russian Federation will not use Mistral against NATO member states and against own neighbors. The declaration was made by Rasmussen in Brussels at the Press Conference.
He said the agreement concluded about the helicopter carrier is an affair of Russian Federation and France only. Nevertheless the agreement should be signed according to the international law norms.
For information, the agreement on Mistral-class military helicopter carrier ship will be signed today between Paris and Moscow.
