CoE will discuss the Georgian question today. This time the question will be discussed in the frames of monitoring committee. MPs will discuss in what form the information about Georgia and Russia will enter, will it be a separate reports or it will be in a form of united dossier again. The sitting of monitoring committee will start at 17:00 Tbilisi time. To be noted that the Venice commission strongly criticized yesterday the law on Russia's defense and prepared report on this matter.
More precisely the reports said that the law prepared by Russian Federation that stipulates the right for military operation for Russian Federation on the territory of other country in view of defense of own citizens is contrary to the European values and democracy principles.
In the CoE they said that the implementation of such policy, defense of own citizens in other country may perform successfully diplomats accredited in that country.
