The PACE estimates the Georgian legislation as inconsistent with EU legislation. The list of countries with inconsistent legislation were made public yesterday in the resolution.
Except of Georgia 9 more countries are included in the list. The PACE considers that the systematic violations of the human rights are noticed in Russian Federation, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine. The verdicts of the ECtHR are not fulfilled by those countries, or are very prolonged in time.
The countries, legislation of which are seriously inconsistent with the convention - Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Hercogovina, Georiga are.
