The CoE did not satisfied demands of Russian side. By the decision of monitoring Committee of the PACE the political aspect will not exempted from the Russian Georgian relations. According to the document passed, all 3 resolutions passed by CoE will be in force. Accordingly the organization demands from Moscow to withdraw forces from the occupied territories in Georgia; allowing of international observation missions to the occupied territories and return of refugees to its homes.
