The underage suspected in the murder of French citizen Stephan Cohen gave evidence to the police. He said he was together with the foreigner in the hotel and killed him on the ground of argument that happen between them.
"I wished to smoke and come out. When I was back we had an argument and I hit him with a knife to his neck. He fled to the foyer, but I took him back. In a several minutes he died. Someone knocked the door, I think this would be security guards, thay asked me to open the door. I said to wait me some time. I took camera, cell phones and laptop of died person and escaped over the window, "- suspect said when questioned in the police.
The suspect was detained nearby of his own home. The criminal case raised under the article 108 of the Georgian Criminal Code.
