EU Special Representative Peter Semneby arrived to Tbilisi. He was in Sokhumi recently. Today Semen is expected to visit Parliament. EU representative will meet with Davit Bakradze.
At the meeting they will discuss violations of Human Rights on the territory of Abkahzia and South Ossetia.
" I was in Sokhumi and had several meetings with de-facto leaders and with the representative of public. We discussed the role of EU in the current negotiations. We need to move forward. What about the planned meetings. On the Agenda the usual questions are. It is difficult to list them in details, "- EU representative said.
