The President of Ingushetia believes that persons who escaped abroad had organized the terrorist act in Moscow. Iunus Bek Evkurov, President of Ingushetia said this during the press conference.
"I am sure that would be the people like Udugov and Zakev, who are living abroad and are interested with such methods of fighting and are organizers of such actions, " - Ingushetia President said.
He said all those under the government control abroad.
"We are controlling all of them who carries weapons. Nevertheless re people who re hiding in forests, they are bout 30. We know all of them. The amount of them may be much more, " - he said.
