Georgia Palace Hotel in Qobuleti will stand along with similar one soon. In Qobulety new five-star hotel will be constructed. The hotel will construct Rostom Kurtanidze, businessmen living abroad. He purchased the land for construction for 1mn 652 thousand GEL. According to the conditions of auction investor is obliged to construct the hotel before 2014 February 1. The hotel will contain at least 150 rooms. The restaurants, casino and halls will be in the hotel. Conditions of the contract with government envisages 90% of Georgian population employed in this project.
