PACE will annually take account in connection with the question of fulfillment of obligations taken by Russian Federation. Akaki Minashvili, Foreign Relations Parliamentary Committee said during his meeting with journalists in the Press Club of Prime Time. He underlined that EP passed the decision on the last session that the social monitoring service will be created that will control the fulfillment of obligations taken by Russian Federation. The monitoring service will consist of 4 peoples: two from Georgia and two from Russian Federation.
"The last session of EP passed 3 documents were it was mentioned officially that in Georgian the occupation happen. On the occupied territories the violation of Human rights are frequent and refugees' rights are violated. Russian Federation always tried to close the case concerning the August was in EP. The supporters of FR tried to do this very actively, this not happen however. When Russian openly talked about the restoration of dialogue at PACE, at the same time on the occupied territories the ballistic rockets were delivered to the occupied territories in Georgia by RF. We declared about this instantly in EP. The reaction followed. The monitoring group was created that will present annual reports on the fulfillment of RF its obligations under the international agreement. The separate sessions will discuss this question in PACE, " - Minashvili said.
We forced RF to play according to the rules established in international community.
