In Batumi at the Davit Aghmashenebeli str new residence house will be constructed. The Turkish company Kona Georgia management said the constructions works will start before the end of the month. 8 mn USD will be spent for the implementation of this project. The company will accomplish the construction works before the end of 2012 it will be of 24 floors.
