"It is clear that in Georgia in the area of human rights very big problems are. Accordingly Georgia is more frequently criticized for the last period of time by the international organizations. The 163 recommendations of UN are not unpremeditated indeed. They are criticizing very sharply the question of human right condition in Georgia, " - Beselia said to GHN.

She said the refusal for the responsibility for recommendations are cynical and careless form Georgian party. They refused to diminish the time limit for the pre trial imprisonment, that is determined by now with 90 days. The similar recommendations were given by Venice Commission. The government, refusing these recommendations, clearly states that is not giving up the policy of repressions. The increase of number of prisoners is beyond all criticism. The cruelty against hem as well. The not guilty verdicts in 2010 were taken only in 0.01 % of cases that is a proof of unfree Justine system, - Beselia said to GHN.

For information, UN gives 163 recommendations to Georgia. The recommendations are about the Human rights violations (violations against journalists, refugees and prisoners). The recommendations were passed by UN on February 1 on the 10-th session..
The radio Liberty informs that out of 163 recommendations Georgian party take into consideration part of them. 5 recommendations were rejected by Georgian party, for the fulfillment of 62 recommendations it asked for a time prolongation. The time was prolonged till 2011 June.The radio informs that the recommendations that Georgian party took into consideration are to be fulfilled in 4 years period.
To be noted that the above mentioned UN session discussed 16 countries situation in human rights violations, among them Georgia. This mechanism of UN for the evaluation of human rights conditions in 192 member countries was established by UN in 2007.
