The events in Egypt are in the center of attention again. The Guardian wrote Egypt, Tunis, Iran and Pakistan are countries of Muslim origin and are in the agony of self-determination. The only contribution of the West for these countries is bloodshed in its neighbour countries - Afghanistan and Iraq. "Those countries are not our countries, this is not our business. We should give up, "- Samon Jenkings wrote. The Georgian version of the article was published by Foreign Press. The journalist said the West considers it to be good when in Tunis and Egypt revolutionary power exist, nevertheless it does not allow such actions for Iraq and Afghanistan.
"We are not sincere in this matter. We like the brave Tunisians and Egyptians but at the same time they are establishing the revolutionary power at streets. We should ask them whom they are choosen to rule them. We accused its leaders in criminal offences and we decided to punish all of them. Alongside with this we killed thousands of people. We attacked them with the "Programs for Freedom" and bombs, Guardian wrote. At the same time journalist makes a link between Saddam Hussein and Egyptian President and said both were dictators.
"Hosni Mubarak is a next one Sadam Hussein he takes control over this country through his criminal friends in his iron hands. He is not as rich as Saddam was, because of this he was relied on the USA support and was more refined in his pressure and cruelty, "- article wrote. Journalist underlined that revolutions are not bringing such results as people wish it to be. Often it disappoints the ordinary people. He recalls the number of world revolutions and in these contexts said about the Rose revolution in Georgia in 2003. "What happens in Egypt is for joy of freedom supporters. The same happens in Georgia in 2003, in Ukraine the "Orange revolution" Iranian Green and Tunisian Jasmine revolution. But except of its colors nobody recalls which of them were successful. Nevertheless the TV filming was impressive one. Journalist said the West should not interfere with the events openly and straightforward. It should make only recommendations to the government.
Britain that has interests in Egypt, nowadays openly declared: "We do not wish Egypt to appear in the hands of extremists. We wish the free elections and orderly transition." However nobody interested what UK wishes to be in Egypt. Britain is not responsible for Egypt. If the similar things happen ever. USA is in more absurd situation. After the 30 years of support for Mubarak for the army (annually he received 1.5 mlrd USD), who was declared by Washington as a guaranty for stability in the region, now asks them for the "orderly transition". Now all allays know what is like to be a friend of USA - that at the moment of being in troubles this friend will disappear.
"USA can interfere, that would do Bush and Donald Ramsfeld, and Blair would watch the events behind them. USA can demand him to reform the regime and stay at the post of president. As the Washington believes that Near East is an explosive dangerous place. USA will not allow to Muslim brotherhood to rule over the Egypt. One way is that, that F-16 that are flying over the country aimlessly can simply bomb the population as it happen in Serbia and in Iraq and Afghanistan. But we should not loose control otherwise Muslims will suffocate us. The security of the West is most important it should not be left on the responsibility of masses only."
Washington can interfere with other means. It can say to Mubarak it has expired all resources and have "to change the regime". No need to rely on revolt people, half of them may appear to be extremists. USA can forcefully take down Mubarak as it was with Mula Omar and Saddam. It can show to Cairo what a real shok is. "Democrats and Republicans, Labors and Conservators are supporting the strategy - they believe that the West has a right and obligation to decide on how the change of regimes should happen in Muslim countries. What was good for Afghanistan and Iraq will help as well Egypt, moreover maybe for Iran and Pakistan it will be advantageous, " - journalist wrote, not hiding his own attitude that such interference could be insanity.
"If the West would not interfere in Iraq and Afghanistan I am sure for this period of time Iraq would find ways to release form Saddam's regime. The people would do as the Tunisians and Egyptians are doing now and this would cost less victims, chaos and disorders. Talibs would be subordinate to Pakistani, Afghans except of finding own ways would not cause threats to anybody. The history will name all this the "September 11 wars". These wars victimized much more people than it happen on September 11 itself. These wars cost milliards for the Western tax payers; this could be directed to the fight against famine and diseases. The USA and British government's imperialistic paranoia about the dangers from the Muslim world increased it to the enormous size. They started the campaign of interventions, change of regimes and statehood constructions too far from own brooders. This campaign appears to be senseless and unperceptive it violated the UN Charter for self-determination, Guardian wrote.
Le Monde as well responded to the events in Egypt and dedicated the article to the facts of foreign journalists beating. "On February 2 many journalists suffered who were working on the facts about clashes between anti- and pro- Mubarak government, "- newspaper wrote. Le Sour AFP and Swedish newspapers are declaring facts of ill treatment with journalists.
