George Soros, said the international organizations and governments are far from the overcoming of the financial crisis and taking a control over it. "The financial crisis is not over yet. We now are moving to the second stage of the financial crisis - the stabilization of finances and corrections, as well taking control over the system, "- Soros said on the Munich Security Conference.
At the first stage of the crisis international organizations were investing financial resources in banks and other institutions. Soros said these countries with balanced budget are developing actively, but the problems of some European countries is the budget deficit.
