Georgian knows well how the frozen conflict can turn to the war. Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili said in the Munich Security Conference.
"For the future of our region now very decisive moment is. The countries that were in the former USSR for a long period of time we can consider as a countries of crisis or as a places of frozen conflict. Those countries as well are the possibility for international cooperation. We Georgians have seen very clearly, how the frozen conflict can turn into the sharpest war, "- Georgian President said taking the floor at Munich conference.
Saakashvili pays attention to the fact that in the region the tensions exist up to today and this is a big danger as for the region as well for the countries out of the borders.
